The owner, Sue Fuller, has worked with Salesforce in a number of industries and founded this company to help overworked/understaffed small- and medium-sized businesses use the system as painlessly as possible.

Data cleanup - Do you have many duplicate accounts or contacts? Are your addresses, phone numbers, etc., in many different formats? We offer data cleanup services to help your staff have a much better experience.
Reports/Dashboards - Are you having problems getting the reports you need to tell you how your business is doing? Would you like to have a dashboard that gives you key metrics in one place? Have you tried to make a report but just can't find the correct report type to use as a base? We offer report and dashboard creation services. We can see what you had in an old system and recreate it in Salesforce, or we can create reports based on your current data.
Troubleshooting - Do you have a flow that works about half the time? Are people still entering incorrectly-formatted data when you have validation rules in place? We can help track down the problem and either give you instructions on how to fix it yourself or we can do it.
