Standard Salesforce Training

We offer a number of training classes to help you and your staff learn how to use Salesforce more effectively. All classes are focused on related topics. Each class can be expanded with an optional collaborative session where we help you perform tasks, answering questions and giving tips and tricks to increase your skills. Cost varies per class and length of desired practice session.

Training will be conducted over Zoom and will only include attendees from your company - no mixed-client training.

Salesforce Basics for Sales Teams

Are you a sales organization using Salesforce? We can help your staff use Salesforce more effectively and use the core features of the system. We can include Enterprise Territory Management if requested.

Salesforce Basics for Customer Service

Do you run a customer service team or department? Would you like to have your team learn how to use Service Cloud effectively? This basic class will cover best practices for managing cases and information, including Omni-Channel by request.

Salesforce Reports

This class focuses on creating Salesforce reports that help you know what is going on with your business. We will cover the different types of reports, how to group different types of information together, and how to use reports on dashboards to give a quick way to monitor what is happening. By request, we will cover how to create new report types and control access to reports if the Admins are attending in a separate 30 minute section after the main class concludes for no extra charge.

Administrator Basics

Geared towards staff members who became Admins by default, this class covers the basics of user management, object and data management, and tips and tricks for keeping things running smoothly. We cover permissions briefly, but the Profiles, Permissions, and Bears, Oh My! class is much more thorough.

Data Cleanup

Do you have a lot of duplicate accounts? Are your phone number fields formatted in a bunch of different ways? In this class, we cover how to clean up your data and how to create rules to help keep it clean going forward. We talk about some of the ways to do bulk updates on existing data and talk about merging duplicate records. Admins and staff can both attend, for we cover methods to help each work to fix errors.

Profiles, Permissions, and Bears, Oh My!

Handling profiles and permissions can be the bane of any Admin's existence. In this class, we talk about how to work with permission sets and permission set groups. Profiles also contain some permissions, so we will talk about when a new profile is required. We will also talk about roles and role hierarchy if that is being used in your Salesforce org.
