At Fuller Run Solutions, we prefer project-based pricing because hourly-based pricing is problematic.
We begin all projects with setting the scope, for even short projects can become unmanageable if requirements aren't set out at the beginning. The requirement session helps everyone be on the same page, have questions answered, and define deliverables.
Any projects that we quote to you will stay that price, even if we miscalculated the level of effort. For Troubleshooting services, we may ask to see the automation or involved processes before providing a quote, and we can meet through Zoom or you could provide a recorded screenshare of the behavior.
Smaller tasks like adding new fields, editing page layouts, changing Lightning Pages are on the lower-end of the pricing scale.
Medium tasks like deactivating users to free up licenses are more involved and will be priced higher.
Large tasks like cleaning up permissions and profiles or working with setting up new features will be priced the highest.
If you would like to contract for a certain number of hours a month to help with projects, we can create a retainer contract - please contact us with details.
Training will be conducted over Zoom and can be in your Salesforce org or a basic, generic org. We can focus on areas where your staff needs the most help, or cover a number of topics and tailored to your business.
Recreating existing Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce will be on the lower-end of the pricing scale. Complex reports (joined, historical, etc.) and dashboards (filtered, formatted with text/image blocks) will be on the higher end.
Because of the wide range of possible projects, please contact us if you are interested in having your data cleaned up. We can format your information to make it uniform (like addresses and phone numbers) or merge duplicate records, depending on your needs. We can also help get validation rules in place to keep things formatted properly, and we can look at the matching and duplicate rules to help avoid false positives and to catch true duplicates more effectively.
We offer org documentation services where we can: create a matrix for permission sets, permission set groups, and profiles; map relationships between objects; etc.
We also can create training documentation for your staff, capturing your processes and building a user manual unique to your company.
Prices will depend on the size of the project and if it is org documentation or a training/user manual project.
